6th Grade Science Standard 5: Students will understand that microorganisms range from simple to complex, are found almost everywhere, and are both helpful and harmful.
Ed Tech Standard 6: Design, develop, publish and present products (e.g., Web pages, videotapes) using technology resources that demonstrate and communicate curriculum concepts to audiences inside and outside the classroom. (4,5,6)
The purpose of this is to have a pre-quiz so that I can understand what the students know about the material. This form can also become a final quiz after we have covered the objectives to test and see what the student's have soaked in. We would partake in class lectures, lessons and discussions about microorganisms before we use this as our final assessment. Using a Google form is a quick easy way to assess the students. It can be used for multiple subjects and could be interactive and fun for kids.
